We want you to be fully satisfied with your Skechers purchase, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unworn footwear and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original Skechers shoe box or packaging and securely seal them inside a shipping carton with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
